Stud Layout
After the stud lines have been placed on the concrete floors, the rough plumbing was installed. Due to the inefficient design, the second bedroom shares common walls with two bathrooms. I am hoping to add insulation or a double layer of sheetrock to deaden the bathroom sounds.

I also delivered the 3 bathroom fans and kitchen fan to be fitted as the rough plumbing was going in.
Finally the metal roof has gone on and covered the exposed waterproofing! It took a while to get that done as well. Our house in the tallest in the area and with a metal roof, I’m going to have lightening rods placed on the house, so it doesn’t fry our electronics or us!

Hopefully our windows will come in by mid-September! Then, with a garage door and front door in (working on them now), and windows installed we can move faster to complete this project. We will spend the next few weeks going to tile and flooring stores to make some decisions.
